I have wide experience of aviation both on the legal side and operational side.

 

(i)                  Legal

 

My aviation cases have required various combinations of:

 

  • Urgent advice.
  • Case management.
  • Negotiation.
  • Submissions to CAA on fit and proper person status.
  • Negotiations with CAA and other agencies.
  • Conducting pleas in mitigation.
  • Making applications for discharge without conviction.
  • Acting as defence counsel at trial.
  • Filing and then conducting appeals to the High Court and other appellant Courts.
  • Generally protecting clients’ interests from start to finish.
  • Advising, negotiating and litigating employment law cases.
  • Advising, negotiating and litigating issues of civil liability.
